I am currently loving the song 'Terimakasih cinta' by Afghan and i have to say i recently watched a crappy horror movie titled 'Lawang sewu' where i saw the girl from the videoclip and a guy who i think looks pretty much like afghan so it must be him. What are the chances hey? Maybe they made the clip after the movie. The movie was scary but the ending was stupid. They had difficulty thinking or deciding ways to end the movie and made some crap up. But go watch it if you have it, just to scare the shit out of yourselves.
I slept over at Nora's last night with bads and shan. It was fun. Nora has foxtel and we saw the movies she recorded; Curse of the Golden Flower, Confessions of Pain, Music and Lyrics, Law & Order:Criminal Intent (not a movie i know..) and more. It was my first time viewing Curse of the Golden Flower. Gong Li did an amazing portrayal of her character. Jay Chou was hottt. Haha, no surprises there and he was pretty good. And Tony Leung was hott as well in Confessions of pain.
I also recently saw 'Australia' at the movies. I don't know what the media/critics are talking about when it comes to Nicole Kidman. Her acting was credible enough and she made her character likeable (to me, at least). Hugh Jackman's acting is as always superb and the rough outback cowboy drover was well-portrayed. And i liked the happy ending. I'm sure Baz had a hard time choosing which ending out of the 5 he created to be in the movie. Overall, i loved the love epic, the beautiful scenery and little Nullah and would give it 9/10.
Talking about movies, Four Christmases and Twilight are the two movies coming out soon and which i want to see. I know here its so slow for the movies to come out. I can't wait to watch more horror movies when i get back home. I've woken up early today. My sinusitis is acting up. Damn you sinuses for giving me facial pain and headaches. Need to see my doctor soon.
