Holidays

I am currently having or rather on holiday for the next two weeks, i think. For my next rotation is general medicine and the rotation starts a week later than 4th year rotations. How was my exam? you may ask. It was okay. Some answers i knew, some i didn't so i tried my best to make an educated guess. There were around 5 dermatology questions which i bullshitted through. Heh. Its dermatology. Nobody studies dermatology. Oh well. I couldn't possibly study every specialty under the sun in the space of a month or even two. Not possible. My study mostly involved studying what i wanted to study and just randomly flipping through Oxford Handbook and when i stopped at a page, study that page. Its alright, that exam is over. On to the next one.

On other news, i watched Confessions of a Shopaholic yesterday. My take on the movie was 'typical'. It was okay. Girl tells big fat lie. Boy mad and hurt. Boy forgives her. Boy comes rushing over to her side. Hugh Dancy is cute though, i don't think i've seen him in other movies but i do know that him and Claire Danes are currently engaged. That British accent is arresting. Isla Fisher looks a bit old. I dunno, must be all the cigarettes. I know she's still young and in her thirties. And she wore a number of bust revealing dresses which she didn't have to. I'm probably being overcritical. It was funny at some parts. But aggressive in others. I'm thinking of the scene where Rebecca was fighting over a pair of shoes with another woman. How she was hitting the other woman without any moral conscience. Gucci, you turn people into monsters. Mannequins calling out and seducing Rebecca with designer wear was freaky. And i'm sure was definitely not in the book but was made a big part in the movie. Overall, the movie gave me a few laughs but that was it.
